Warranty 

Limited ONE (1) year warranty on  springs.

If your spring is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the term of the above time period the defective spring will be replaced free of charge after receipt of the spring in question.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, alteration, neglect, misuse, abuse, or improper use, lack of reasonable or proper maintenance, improper assembly, repairs improperly performed or replacement parts or accessories not conforming to Reactive Response Technology's specifications, commercial use, and/or normal wear or deterioration occasioned by the use of the spring.

This warranty is made with Reactive Response Technology and the original purchaser of the Reactive Response Technology spring and does not apply to third parties. The rights of the original purchaser may not be assigned.

The term of this warranty commences on the date of purchase and continues for the period appropriate for the spring purchased from the date of the original purchase.

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty the purchaser should contact reactiveresponsetechnology@gmail.com.

Shipping

As your spring is made to order, we ship direct to you via DHL Air direct from our Asian factory. Shipping is free for North America, Europe, Asia and Australia/New Zealand. Taxes and duties may apply on delivery based on the country you live in and customer is responsible for the cost of duties.

  

Anything else like the bushings and shock parts ship from North Bay, Canada by Canada Post Air Mail.

TOLERANCES 

The springs have a tolerance of +/-10% on the spring rates.
